Driver Improvement Program
The Driver Improvement Program is a state-approved defensive driving course regulated by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS). Unlike standard driver education, this program focuses on improving safe driving attitudes and behaviors, helping drivers address issues that may affect their driving record and overall safety.
This 6-hour, classroom-based course may be taken for several reasons:
